Ordering
Order products easily by adding items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout when you are ready. Please note that the shopping cart is not reserving. If the last item for sale is in the shopping cart of two customers, the person who pays for their order first will receive the product. The product will disappear from the other customer's shopping cart.
The assumption is that the billing and shipping addresses are the same. However, if you wish, the order can be delivered to a different address. Fill in your own (payer's) information and the shipping address separately in the billing information.
All customer information you provide will be treated confidentially and will only be used to process your orders. If you would like to receive the occasional newsletter, please tick the box next to your delivery details. Orders will be processed within 1-4 business days, after which your order will be shipped. Payment methods
*Credit card (Shopify payments)
You can pay for your order with most major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card or Amex.
*PayPal
Pay for your order using your own PayPal account.
*Klarna
Klarna invoice
You get 30 days of interest-free and cost-free payment. The payment period starts when you place your order. This means you receive the product before you have to pay for it.
Online banking and card payment
You can pay via online banking or using a Finnish bank's payment card. (Finnish OP, Nordea, Danske Bank, S-Pankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, POP, Handelsbanken, OmaSP, Ålandsbanken and foreign N26, DNB, SEB Corporate)
Order and payment confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email (please check your spam folder). Please review its contents. Please contact us immediately at skylark.miniatures@gmail.com if there is anything that needs to be corrected. If you are contacting us regarding your order, please include your order number.
Delivery methods and costs
Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage costs.
Shipping fee to EU countries is €14,50, you will receive a tracking code upon order.
Orders are processed within 1-4 business days, after which the order will be shipped. You can see the shipping costs for your order in the shopping cart before payment.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping companies.
Unclaimed package
Failure to pick up the package does not constitute a return. If the order is returned for reasons beyond our control (e.g. the package has not been picked up, the address is incorrect), we will charge Finnish Posti's costs and handling fees of 10€/order.
Return
Products have a 14 day return policy. If you wish to return a product, please notify skylark.miniatures@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order and you will receive instructions for returning it. Customer will pay the shipping fee for the return. The product must be sent within 14 days of notification.
The product must be in saleable condition. The product must not be used, assembled or painted. Paper packaging that cannot be seen through can be opened to inspect the product. Otherwise, the sales packaging must be intact. The customer pays the shipping fee of return .

Exchange
You can return the product according to the instructions above and order a new product normally through the online store.
Complaints
Once you have received your order, please check its contents within 5 days.
*If your shipment is missing an item or contains the wrong item, we apologize for the packaging error! Please contact skylark.miniatures@gmail.com so we can correct the error.
*For products that require assembly, please check that all parts are included in the package. The parts are listed/marked in the assembly instructions. If there has been an error while packaging the product, we apologize! Please contact skylark.miniatures@gmail.com so that we can correct the error.
